What do you think about this skit?  It's clearly suppose to be funny, but do you think it makes people think about where their new technology is coming from or does it make light/fun of those working in China making these phones, and  then we forget about it and continue on in our privileged lives?

Interesting article on the Apple IPhone 5 and where it's made

Check out the article here.  Also, it's interesting to read the comments from other reads when you scroll at the end of the article.

"No let-up in protests over anti-Islam film"

Our media is swarming with this perspective, again we must question our sources and question whether the media is only showing us one part of the story.  Are these protests of 5-10 people and taken out of context? Is the media grouping all Muslim's into the same picture again.  Keep asking questions and seeking other media sources for answers!

Here's the recent CNN article
Sunni Muslims burn a U.S. flag during a protest in Lahore, Pakistan, on Monday, September 17. Protests sparked by an online film that mocks the Prophet Mohammed entered their second week, with demonstrators taking to the streets in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Indonesia and Lebanon.
